  • Schedule a property valuation

    Contact us by email or phone and arrange a time for one of our property experts to carry out a valuation.  We can meet you at the property to answer any questions and discuss which of our services is best suited.

  • Prepare The Property

    Carry out any maintenance or repair issues identified in the valuation process. Now is a good time to instruct the safety certificates.

  • Marketing Details

    Book an appointment for the valuer to come back to take photos and floor plan of the property. It would be handy to have a key cut for the agent for access for viewings.

  • Viewings

    We pre qualify all viewers to ensure they will meet your requirements for viewings. Once we have received application for prospective we will contact you to discuss their details.

  • Setting up a tenancy
