The chalet is of concrete construction in a terraced row facing the sea wall which leads directly down to the beach. There is on-street parking in South Cliff behind.
The chalet measures 8' x 8' internally plus a covered area 8' x 7'3 and concreted open space in front. It includes a fitted cupboard unit and Calor gas supply, and all the contents are included. There is the use of a toilet and water tap on site.

£150 per annum for management fee, water supply and toilet.
No rates are payable.
Access via the slipway opposite 16 South Cliff, and left at the bottom, or through a gate from the pavement.
